Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end migration of SAP BusinessObjects reports, universes, and scheduled reporting solutions to Power BI. Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, semantic models, and dataflows. Convert operational and pixel-perfect reports into Power BI Paginated Reports using Report Builder. Develop advanced DAX measures, KPIs, Power Query (M) transformations, and reusable reporting assets. Design and optimize enterprise data models using dimensional modeling and star schema best practices. Integrate and analyze data from multiple enterprise data sources, including Databricks, Amazon Redshift, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, SAP BW/HANA, and other cloud and on-premises platforms. Prior exp in data engineering is essential Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and architects to gather requirements, validate solutions, and support UAT. Perform data validation, report reconciliation, testing, and deployment activities to ensure successful migration outcomes. Implement Power BI security, governance, Row-Level Security (RLS), and performance optimization best practices. Create and maintain technical documentation, migration inventories, and support procedures. Required Experience: 8+ years of Business Intelligence, analytics, and reporting experience. 5+ years of hands-on experience developing solutions in Microsoft Power BI. Hands-on experience developing Power BI Paginated Reports using Report Builder. Strong experience with DAX, Power Query (M), SQL, semantic modeling, and data warehousing concepts. Experience working with Databricks, Amazon Redshift, DB2, Oracle, SQL Server, and large-scale enterprise datasets. Experience designing star schemas, fact and dimension models, and optimizing reporting performance. Strong understanding of Power BI Service, Dataflows, Deployment Pipelines, and Row-Level Security (RLS). Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
