Description

Design and develop BI solutions by translating business requirements into technical specifications and actionable dashboards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, charts, and reporting systems based on business requirements.
• Digest project requirements to devise BI solutions and provide accurate effort estimates.
• Support business users with report development, troubleshooting existing reports, and updating data sources.
• Publish reports to both on-premises and cloud report servers.
• Develop and maintain business information models.

Required Skills

• 9 years of overall IT experience in data analysis, data management, and report development.
• Advanced Microsoft Power BI development skills.
• Expertise in SQL for querying relational databases, data profiling, and data mapping.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.
• Understanding of performance factors including indexes, execution plans, and statistics.
• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools.
• Experience working within Agile project methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience using DAX or Power Query M for data manipulation.
• Experience with Crystal Reports, Business Objects, Python, or R.
