Description

You will design and implement end-to-end BI solutions, architect scalable platforms, and mentor junior engineers.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end BI solutions including data models, dashboards, and DAX.
• Architect scalable BI platforms integrated with SQL and cloud data environments.
• Optimize semantic models and data pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Define and enforce BI and data governance best practices regarding security and standards.
• Mentor and support junior BI engineers and analysts.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and row-level security.
• Deep understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Services including ADF, Synapse, Data Lake, and SQL DB.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Working knowledge of Python.
• Proven ability to build and scale enterprise BI platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for BI and reporting deployments.
• Exposure to cloud-native platforms such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, or GCP BigQuery.
• Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate or similar.
