Description

You will lead the rebuilding of PGA applications and Power BI dashboards while optimizing application architecture.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Rebuild PGA applications and Power BI dashboards to improve platform performance.
• Create technical artifacts including requirements, design documents, and high-level designs.
• Develop and implement solutions using Power Apps and Power BI reports.
• Manage the full testing lifecycle including FIT, SIT, and UAT, followed by bug triage and hypercare support.
• Collaborate with the team during iteration planning, PI planning, daily stand-ups, and release planning.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in application development and support.
• Expertise in Power BI dashboard rebuilding and report development.
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and SharePoint.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering and technical documentation.
• Experience performing High Level Design and application architecture optimization.
• Proven ability to manage SIT and UAT testing processes.
• Ability to handle defect triage and resolution during hypercare phases.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with disability accessibility standards in application design.
• Background in Upskill/Rebuild initiatives.
