Description

You will design and deploy AI-powered solutions for business automation, customer interaction, and data-driven decision-making using the Microsoft stack.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement AI models and LLM-based systems using Microsoft technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, utilizing AI Builder and Copilot with Dynamics.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Evaluate AI architectures including orchestration patterns, RAG, embeddings, and LLMs/SLMs.
• Implement platform improvements such as fine-tuning or training custom machine learning models.
• Perform regular testing, performance analysis, and benchmarking of AI models and workflows.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and AI Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and Azure AI tools.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
• Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience working within iterative or agile development practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
