Description

You will design, build, and deploy AI-powered automation solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform and Azure ecosystem.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI models and LLM-based systems leveraging Microsoft technologies.
• Build scalable AI infrastructure on Azure, integrating AI Builder and Copilot with Dynamics.
• Connect Copilot Studio to data sources including SharePoint, Dynamics 365, and external APIs.
• Evaluate AI architectures, including orchestration patterns, RAG, embeddings, and LLM/SLM selection.
• Conduct performance analysis, benchmarking, and fine-tuning of custom machine learning models.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in application development.
• Proficiency in C#, Python, or Java.
• Extensive experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, and AI Builder.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
• Strong knowledge of Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and Azure AI tools.
• Experience developing and deploying machine learning models and algorithms.
• Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts and AI frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Experience working within iterative or agile development practices.

Preferred Skills

• Dynamics, Power Platform, or Azure certifications.
