Description

You build and maintain Power Platform solutions across Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows.

Responsibilities

• Translate business and program requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via APIs.
• Implement role-based security, DLP policies, and environmental strategies.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior developers and citizen developers.
• Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features and capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• 5+ years demonstrating strong understanding of Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategy (Dev/Test/Prod).
• 5+ years gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Proficiency with on-Prem and Cloud RDBMS and Dataverse data models.
• Strong experience with SQL Queries.
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Ability to work independently across multiple projects in a shared-services environment.
• Familiarity with Ci/cd practices for Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure services like Logic Apps, Functions, or API Management.
