Description

You build and maintain scalable Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into technical designs across Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Pages, and Power Automate flows.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement integrations with Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, Azure services, and external systems via APIs.
• Establish role-based security, DLP policies, and environmental strategies for Dev/Test/Prod.
• Provide technical guidance and mentor junior and citizen developers.
• Evaluate and pilot new Power Platform features to improve solution capabilities.

Required Skills

• 5+ years developing solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• 5+ years applying Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and environment strategies.
• 5+ years gathering requirements and translating them into technical designs.
• Proficiency with on-prem and cloud RDBMS and Dataverse data models.
• Strong experience writing and optimizing SQL Queries.
• Experience integrating with Dynamics 365 and Azure services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD practices for Power Platform.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Copilot Studio or other conversational AI platforms.
• Familiarity with Azure Logic Apps, Functions, or API Management.
