Description

You will lead the re-implementation of the DECD Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and associated career services tools.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Re-implement the DECD Customer Relationship Management system.
• Build a career services CRM specifically for CTECS graduates.
• Develop a secure document repository.
• Create automated workflows for electronic forms.
• Manage CRM re-implementation projects.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics.
• 10+ years of experience with Power Platform.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power Platform architecture.
• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics implementation.
• Ability to design and deploy electronic form workflows.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any field.
