Description

You will own the design, analysis, and optimization of high-power electrical systems for demanding industrial applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, and optimize high-power electrical systems for industrial applications.
• Perform power system studies including load flow, short circuit, coordination, and arc flash analysis.
• Develop electrical system architectures for power distribution and control.
• Support commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting of power systems.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in power systems engineering.
• Strong experience with high-power electrical systems.
• Knowledge of electrical codes and standards (NEC, IEC, IEEE).
• Experience with power system analysis tools (ETAP, SKM, EasyPower, or similar).
• Industry experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, or Heavy Machinery environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Experience with medium and high-voltage systems.
