You will maintain and modernize legacy systems, focusing on deep integration between older codebases and current frameworks.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update existing applications built with PowerBuilder and SQL.
• Integrate legacy codebases including Cobol, JCL, and CICS with modern frameworks.
• Develop and optimize database queries using TSQL and MS SQL.
• Support cross-platform development involving C, C++, Java, and .NET environments.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional software development experience.
• Expertise in PowerBuilder.
• Strong proficiency in MS SQL and TSQL.
• Experience with C and C++.
• Experience with Java and .NET.
• Knowledge of Cobol, JCL, and CICS.
• Ability to attend onsite interviews in Albany, NY.
