Description

You will define and execute global Industry 4.0 architecture strategies across manufacturing IT.

Responsibilities

• Define and champion global Industry 4.0 architecture strategies, standards, and roadmaps.
• Architect and oversee end-to-end traceability systems from supplier to customer.
• Lead the design and implementation of a Unified Namespace (UNS) and industrial data model.
• Develop real-time Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) monitoring and optimization solutions.
• Translate business needs into technical solutions as the senior liaison between stakeholders and engineering teams.

Required Skills

• 20+ years of experience in IT architecture, solution design, and program management within manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record architecting and delivering complex Industry 4.0 projects from concept to deployment.
• Deep expertise in IIoT platforms and cloud computing (Azure, AWS, GCP).
• Strong experience with industrial protocols (OPC-UA, MQTT) and manufacturing data modeling.
• Demonstrated knowledge of MES, ERP integration, and digital twin concepts.
• Experience integrating AI/ML into manufacturing applications.
• Familiarity with TOGAF framework.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS Certified Solution Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
• Knowledge of ISA 95 standards and Edge Computing.
