Description

You own critical reliability, deployment, and incident response functions for production systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Triage, debug, and resolve production issues, performing root cause analysis and postmortems for major incidents.
• Validate changes, plan rollbacks, and coordinate production deployments with minimal disruption.
• Design and maintain real-time monitoring dashboards, tuning alerts to prevent fatigue, and enabling full-stack observability.
• Develop and maintain applications across multiple states while reducing technical debt and defect backlogs.
• Perform quarterly audit reviews and reconcile EFT Total/Billing Summaries daily and monthly.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with C, Linux, and Oracle.
• Proficiency in C, Linux, Oracle, RESTful APIs, and Git.
• Solid understanding of Oracle schema design and integration.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Ability to design and implement monitoring and alerting solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for incident triage.
• Experience working with global, cross-functional teams (Dev, QA, Product).

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker containers.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices.
