Description

You will lead solution architecture and client engagements, translating business needs into technical implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business and system requirements, creating necessary artifacts.
• Develop user stories, functional specifications, and system design specifications based on customer needs.
• Coordinate and communicate business requirements between the client and internal teams (developers, PM, QA).
• Manage customer relationships by establishing communication processes for project updates.
• Support customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and perform functional testing.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of prior working experience.
• Experience with ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, or HRSD.
• Experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow S2P for invoice processing using NowAssist Docintel (APO).
• Ability to work with stakeholders to assess application inventory and business capabilities.
• Good knowledge of available IT systems and tools.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with service mapping and FSO (Service-to-Process/Function Optimization).
• Familiarity with S2P processes.
