Description

You will lead enterprise data strategy and transformation initiatives for executive stakeholders in the financial services industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Advise executive stakeholders on enterprise data strategy, transformation, and investment roadmaps.
• Lead market assessments and benchmark enterprise data platforms, including BNY Vault and similar solutions.
• Evaluate current-state capabilities to identify strategic gaps, opportunities, and differentiators.
• Define target-state data product vision, operating models, governance frameworks, and business capabilities.
• Facilitate executive workshops and develop multi-year transformation plans aligned with business objectives.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of experience in consulting, enterprise data strategy, product strategy, or business transformation.
• 7+ years of experience supporting Wealth Management, Asset Management, Custody, Asset Servicing, or Capital Markets organizations.
• Proven experience advising senior executives on strategic transformation initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with BNY Vault or a comparable enterprise data platform.
• Deep understanding of enterprise data aggregation, governance, distribution, servicing, and analytics capabilities.
• Strong expertise in enterprise data products, operating models, governance, and information services.

Preferred Skills

• MBA or Master's degree.
• Experience delivering strategy consulting engagements for large financial institutions.
• Knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud platforms, and data product management practices.
