Description

You will design, develop, and deploy advanced AI and ML systems, with a primary focus on Generative AI and Agentic AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and evaluation frameworks.
• Design agentic workflows that integrate models, tools, memory, and business logic to solve complex analytical problems.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI system designs and rapidly prototype capabilities for production validation.
• Partner with Engineering to deliver production-grade systems and define standards for model quality, performance, and lifecycle management.
• Mentor data scientists and drive end-to-end initiatives, aligning across Data Science, Product, and Platform teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience building and deploying ML/AI systems in production, with recent hands-on work in Generative AI and LLMs.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and PySpark for data processing and model development.
• Experience with Azure cloud services and cloud-native AI architectures.
• Expertise in RAG, prompt engineering, and fine-tuning techniques for large language models.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.
• Experience with Git-based workflows and CI/CD pipelines for ML operations.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of MLOps/LLMOps practices, including model optimization (linear/integer programming) and monitoring.
• Experience with multimodal models and agent frameworks.
• Domain experience in retail, CPG, or FMCG sectors.
