You will act as a technical visionary leading the design and implementation of advanced analytical solutions for complex biological, clinical, and real-world data.

Responsibilities

• Define the roadmap for data science capabilities and translate scientific questions into analytical frameworks.
• Lead the development of predictive models using ML, deep learning, and causal inference to optimize trials and identify biomarkers.
• Oversee the integration and productization of diverse data streams (EHR, Claims, Genomics) adhering to FAIR principles.
• Guide teams in navigating regulatory landscapes (FDA/EMA) and ensuring compliance with GCP, HIPAA, and GDPR.
• Serve as the technical lead for a global team, driving code quality and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in data science, with 8+ years in Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Deep experience with SQL, Spark, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Mastery of longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, and Bayesian statistics.
• Understanding of clinical trial data standards (CDISC/SDTM/ADaM) and healthcare ontologies (FHIR, OMOD).
• Experience building predictive models using machine learning and deep learning.
