You will lead the design and implementation of advanced analytical solutions for complex biological and clinical data.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Define the data science roadmap and translate scientific questions into analytical frameworks.
• Lead the development of predictive models using ML, deep learning, and causal inference.
• Oversee integration and productization of EHR, Claims, and Genomics data streams.
• Guide teams in navigating FDA/EMA regulatory landscapes and ensuring GCP/HIPAA/GDPR compliance.
• Serve as technical lead for a global team, driving code quality and architectural standards.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of professional experience in data science.
• 8+ years of experience in Biotech, Pharma, or Healthcare.
• Proficiency in Python or R.
• Deep experience with SQL, Spark, and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Mastery of longitudinal data analysis, survival analysis, and Bayesian statistics.
• Understanding of clinical trial data standards (CDISC/SDTM/ADaM) and healthcare ontologies (FHIR, OMOP).
• Experience building predictive models using machine learning and deep learning.
