You will drive the development and deployment of AI technology for automated driving systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead Bosch L2+ ADAS product development focusing on state-of-the-art E2E AI architectures.
• Provide technical guidance to the global development team based on experience taking an E2E AI L2+ ADAS product to market.
• Drive fundamental E2E AI architecture design decisions and ensure their implementation.
• Develop organizational capabilities to deliver safe and high-quality AI-based autonomous driving systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of AI-based autonomous driving systems.

Required Skills

• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or similar.
• 7+ years of experience in data-driven software engineering and product development of AI-based autonomous driving systems.
• Proven industry experience in product development and public road release of AI-based autonomous driving systems.
• Proficient in coding with C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of PaaS approach using cloud as a foundation, e.g. MS Azure.
• Profound knowledge in mapping AI-models on embedded and resource constrained hardware.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead R&D teams.

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership skills of large heterogeneous and global project teams.
• Knowledge regarding the automated driving technology and the automotive industry, including ISO-26262.
