You will drive the development, architecture, and deployment of end-to-end AI systems for L2+ autonomous driving products.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of state-of-the-art E2E AI architectures for Bosch L2+ ADAS products.
• Provide technical guidance to global development teams, ensuring rigorous implementation of AI architecture decisions.
• Drive fundamental architectural choices and ensure their successful execution in production environments.
• Develop organizational capabilities to deliver safe, high-quality AI-based autonomous driving systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery and public road release of AI systems.

Required Skills

• Master or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data-driven software engineering and product development for AI-based autonomous driving systems.
• Proven industry experience in product development and public road release of autonomous driving technologies.
• Proficient in coding with C++ and Python.
• Knowledge of PaaS approaches using cloud foundations, specifically MS Azure.
• Profound knowledge in mapping AI models onto embedded and resource-constrained hardware.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to lead R&D teams effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Proven leadership experience managing large, heterogeneous, and global project teams.
• Deep knowledge of automated driving technology, the automotive industry, and ISO-26262 standards.
