Senior Principal Software Engineer

You will lead the design and implementation of complex enterprise workflows, features, and modules.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and deliver stand-alone and REST-based API solutions that meet product requirements.
• Take full ownership of modules from initial design through to implementation.
• Solve challenging engineering and product problems by creating effective technical solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with design, engineering, and product teams to evaluate product needs and iterate on ideas.
• Debug and fix issues in existing projects while developing new ones.

Required Skills

• 15+ years of practical experience building enterprise products.
• Strong programming skills in Core Java.
• Deep competency in server-side architectures.
• Proficiency with SQL, Spring, and Hibernate.
• Experience working in Unix/Linux environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with full-stack projects and building minimum working prototypes.
• Prior experience in the design, coding, and implementation of web applications.
