Drive continuous process improvement and quality management across fulfillment and operational workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop policies, procedures, and methods to measure and improve product and service quality.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure adherence to fulfillment processes and provide recommendations.
• Perform root cause analysis on defects and customer complaints to implement corrective and preventative action plans.
• Lead LEAN events and process re-engineering projects to optimize operational efficiency.
• Create and maintain process maps, standard work practices, and technical documentation for critical business functions.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience in a quality, industrial engineering, or process improvement role.
• 3+ years of experience in business process improvement using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Proven ability to identify, define, and document business and functional requirements.
• Experience conducting defect trending, analysis, and risk mitigation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel and pivot tables.
• Strong ability to present data-driven information to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering or Data Science.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and mentoring cross-functional teams.
• Background in business intelligence processes and reporting.
