Manage inbound telephone inquiries regarding life and annuity products for contract owners, agents, and third parties, delivering accurate responses while maintaining high-volume call standards.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and professional responses to inbound telephone inquiries.
• Utilize multiple department systems to retrieve and provide product information.
• Explain complex life and annuity product details to callers clearly.
• Meet or exceed established quality and efficiency goals.

Required Skills

• 1-2 years of high-volume inbound call center experience.
• Previous experience with Life and Annuity products.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated continuous employment over the last 24 months.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
