Description

You will own process improvement initiatives across the organization, leveraging data and engineering principles to enhance performance and reduce inefficiencies.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement process improvements to drive continuous improvement and reduce waste.
• Map processes using BPMN and document detailed Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
• Leverage Lean Six Sigma methodologies to determine root causes and solve complex problems.
• Develop roadmaps for tools and technologies to improve internal and customer experiences.
• Lead knowledge sharing by training teams and documenting lessons learned.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university.
• At least 5 years of equivalent process engineering experience.
• Six Sigma or Lean certification (Black Belt minimum).
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, or other analytical tools for data-driven decision-making.
• Knowledge of process automation tools, GenAI, and AI/ML.
• Strong understanding of process tools and methodologies.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams for process analysis on a national scope.
• Exceptional technical project management and analytical skills.

Preferred Skills

• Demonstrated ability to write technical procedure documents and process flows.
