You will lead complex engineering assignments to develop or improve techniques and processes.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Drive novel assignments requiring the development of new or improved techniques and procedures.
• Complete engineering work in technology development, product design, process study, or research investigation.
• Assess the feasibility and soundness of alternative engineering processes or equipment.
• Provide guidance to product and technology teams.
• Lead engineering teams to successfully complete project goals.

Required Skills

• 13+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise as a Process Engineer.
• Knowledge of PDP/TPD systems for high-impact deliverables.
• Ability to build quality into all work while maintaining compliance with quality requirements.
• Any Graduate education.

Preferred Skills

• Experience leading engineering teams.
