Description

You will lead process validation, risk assessment, and continuous improvement initiatives in a chemical manufacturing environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ) to ensure compliance.
• Conduct HAZOP, FMEA, and other risk assessments to identify and mitigate process hazards.
• Manage deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control procedures in alignment with cGMP and ISO standards.
• Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data-driven methods to optimize manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer projects.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing or process engineering.
• Hands-on experience with equipment qualification and process validation (IQ/OQ/PQ).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP and ISO standards.
• Proficiency in deviation investigations, CAPA, and change control.
• Experience performing HAZOP, FMEA, and other risk assessments.
• Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC) and data-driven process improvement.

Preferred Skills

• Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma experience.
• Experience with process optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer projects.
