Description

You will lead the development and optimization of manufacturing processes and equipment for injection molded components in North Haven, CT.

Responsibilities

• Oversee change management to ensure all deliverables are documented for component release.
• Update BOMs, technical drawings, and manufacturing assembly procedures.
• Author protocols, execute qualification activities, and manage reporting documentation.
• Implement equipment and process modifications to improve production yields and manufacturing efficiencies.
• Design or update production assembly fixtures and integrate equipment capabilities to meet target specifications.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline.
• Experience with injection molded component release and documentation.
• Proficiency in updating BOMs and manufacturing assembly procedures.
• Experience authoring protocols and executing qualification activities.
• Ability to perform statistical analysis and implement statistical process control.
• Experience with equipment and process modification for yield improvement.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
