Description

Own the analysis of complex data and logs to drive process improvements and vulnerability remediation.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze large quantities of complicated data from multiple sources to identify trends and recommend improvements.
• Read and interpret logs from Splunk and Kibana to develop processes for remediating vulnerabilities.
• Review SOPs and Tableau dashboards to determine optimal workflows based on stakeholder requirements.
• Define quality standards and support automation initiatives to improve operational processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage issues, support audit liaisons, and perform operational risk assessments.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in log analytics, security, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
• Proficiency with Snowflake, Tableau, AWS, Kibana, and Splunk logs.
• Experience with ServiceNow reporting, Jira, and issue management.
• Strong data analytics skills with the ability to perform hands-on analysis on highly variable datasets.
• Proven ability to manage operational risk assessments and audit support.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for customer-facing stakeholder interaction.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of SQL.
