Description

You will lead the process track for the development and implementation of a new work management system.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end process track for building the new work management system.
• Analyze existing workflows to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redesign opportunities.
• Develop and maintain project documentation, including charters, status reports, and post-implementation evaluations.
• Partner with Change Managers to drive adoption of new tools and processes.
• Facilitate workshops to drive idea generation and monitor project risks to maintain schedules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in project management with a focus on process improvement.
• Proven experience in Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile methodologies.
• Strong data analysis skills to drive data-based decision-making.
• Experience in process optimization and system redesign.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proficiency in project management tools and software.

Preferred Skills

• Project management certification such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma.
• Experience managing organizational change initiatives.
