You will lead the transformation toward a customer-focused, outcome-driven organization by implementing product management and Agile best practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach Product Managers, Product Owners, and Scrum Masters on demand gathering, prioritization, roadmapping, and backlog management.
• Design organizational structures using various team topologies and product/platform taxonomy to identify value streams.
• Facilitate OKR (Objectives and Key Results) workshops with business stakeholders, IT leadership, and delivery teams.
• Scale Agile methodologies beyond individual teams by implementing appropriate scaling models across the organization.
• Influence leadership up to the executive level to drive the adoption of product and Agile thinking.
• Monitor transformation effectiveness and apply industry best practices to ensure continuous improvement.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach.
• Deep understanding of Agile execution, including epic/feature definition, user story authoring, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience with release planning, sprint planning, and user acceptance testing.
• Proficiency in measuring and driving agile metrics.
• Ability to design and implement scaling models for large-scale Agile adoption.
• Experience working with infrastructure, applications, architecture, and cybersecurity teams.
• Proven track record of driving product management maturity.
