Responsibilities

• Create deep funnels across customer journeys to identify friction points.
• Analyze data and develop insights to shape the product roadmap.
• Provide recommendations on product launch strategies, including rollout plans and A/B testing measurement frameworks.
• Build dashboards, reports, and alerts to monitor product usage and performance.
• Analyze market data, trends, and user behaviors.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a professional analytical role.
• Proficiency in SQL.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Advanced skills in Excel.
• Experience working within an Indian startup or tech company.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
