Description

You will own the lifecycle management and enhancement of Workday functionality.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead Workday configuration lifecycle, from requirements gathering through solution design, configuration, and testing support.
• Configure and maintain Workday Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits, including Annual Events like Merit and Performance.
• Design, build, test, and deploy Workday integrations using EIBs, Core Connectors, and Report as a Service (RaaS).
• Build reports to support domestic and international needs across various Workday product areas.
• Interface between business groups and the Workday team to coordinate and deliver implementations.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall Workday HCM experience.
• 4+ years configuring and supporting Workday Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
• Proficiency in Workday HCM, including Security Administration and Business Process Configuration.
• Working knowledge of Workday Report Writer and hands-on experience developing custom reports/dashboards.
• Experience managing Workday upgrades and implementing revised functionality.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other Workday areas such as Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Workday Integrations experience with EIBs.
