You will support the product management team across the entire product lifecycle, from ideation through sunsetting, translating business needs into actionable features.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research and competitive intelligence to inform differentiated product offerings.
• Analyze, manage, and track program performance metrics for stakeholder presentation.
• Synthesize feedback from sales and client surveys to drive data-driven product enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, client services, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and optimization.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in a healthcare B2B or B2C environment.
• Direct experience working within US healthcare sectors.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from multiple data sources.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.
• Excellent presentation skills for communicating results to stakeholders.
• Critical thinking skills to prioritize work and solve complex business problems.
• Experience in B2B product environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in process improvement methodologies to identify and eliminate inefficient practices.
