Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support infrastructure and SaaS implementations.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business functionality into actionable user stories and technical system requirements.
• Support infrastructure projects including Server/OS, Database, and Middleware upgrades.
• Configure and support vendor SaaS/C technologies with financial accounting functions such as General Ledger and Subledger.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive project goals across multiple platforms.
• Manage requirements and documentation within SDLC and Agile methodologies.

Required Skills

• 5–7 years of experience in Product (Systems) Analysis and Requirements Development.
• Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL for data analysis and mining.
• Experience working within highly regulated software lifecycle environments.
• Hands-on experience with MS Office tools and Visio.
• Background supporting infrastructure projects involving Server/OS, DB, and Middleware.
• Experience with financial accounting systems, including Accounting, Subledger, and General Ledger modules.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and systems simultaneously.
