Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops across legal, procurement, business, and IT teams to gather requirements, identify pain points, and align on business objectives.
Assess existing CLM platforms and processes, identifying functional gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities.
Benchmark current capabilities against leading CLM and LegalTech solutions to recommend best-fit approaches.
Define future-state CLM strategies, including opportunities to leverage Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation.
Collaborate with architecture and data teams to design AI-powered contract management capabilities, including:
Clause extraction and classification
Intelligent contract review and redlining
Obligation tracking and compliance monitoring
Negotiation support and automation workflows
Support vendor evaluations and strategic buy-vs-build decisions for enterprise CLM transformation initiatives.
Document business requirements, workflows, recommendations, and transformation strategies.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive innovation and modernization efforts in legal and contract operations.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, or Solutions Consultant within CLM, LegalTech, or Contract Management domains.
Strong understanding of:
Contract lifecycle workflows
Clause libraries and metadata management
Obligation tracking and compliance processes
Approval workflows and governance
Hands-on experience with modern CLM platforms and contract management solutions.
Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
Familiarity with AI/LLM use cases in legal automation and contract intelligence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience supporting enterprise transformation or consulting engagements is preferred.
