Description

Own the strategy, requirements, and modernization of enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder interviews across legal, procurement, and IT teams to gather requirements and align on business objectives.
• Assess existing CLM platforms to identify functional gaps, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities.
• Define future-state CLM strategies, including leveraging Generative AI, LLMs, and intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to design AI-powered capabilities such as clause extraction, intelligent review, and obligation tracking.
• Support vendor evaluations and strategic buy-vs-build decisions for enterprise CLM transformation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Consultant, or Solutions Consultant.
• Deep domain knowledge in CLM, LegalTech, or Contract Management workflows.
• Strong understanding of clause libraries, metadata management, obligation tracking, and compliance processes.
• Hands-on experience with modern CLM platforms and contract management solutions.
• Proven experience in business analysis, process mapping, and requirements gathering.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM use cases in legal automation and contract intelligence.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CLM modernization or migration initiatives.
• Exposure to AI/ML-enabled enterprise solutions and automation technologies.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programs.
