You will design intuitive, scalable shopping experiences and high-impact features across a large-scale e-commerce ecosystem.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead design initiatives for key touchpoints including Homepage, Product Pages, Search, and Checkout.
• Create high-converting user flows that drive engagement and business outcomes.
• Develop and maintain the Design Language System to ensure platform consistency.
• Prototype and validate ideas through user testing, A/B experiments, and iterative feedback.
• Collaborate with researchers, product managers, and engineers to execute design solutions.

Required Skills

• 4 to 6 years of experience in UX/UI or product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe CC.
• Strong visual design skills with expertise in User Centered Designs.
• Deep understanding of design systems and accessibility.
• Experience with prototyping tools.
• Ability to present and defend design decisions through storytelling.
• Experience working in high-scale environments with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Usability Principles and Agile methodologies.
• Experience using Generative AI tools.
