Description

You will lead the end-to-end design for core products, ensuring intuitive and scalable user experiences.

Responsibilities

• Design seamless UI paradigms for AI-driven and self-healing workflows.
• Translate complex AI models and system architectures into clear visual narratives.
• Conduct UX research, usability testing, and workflow validation to refine product experiences.
• Drive rapid experimentation by collaborating with product leaders and engineering teams to define AI-native interaction models.
• Establish and evolve a scalable design system and design enterprise-grade dashboards.

Required Skills

• 5–9 years of experience in Product Design, UI/UX, or Experience Design.
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise or AI-driven systems.
• Strong expertise in UX Research and UI/UX Design.
• Proficiency with Figma for creating high-fidelity prototypes.
• Experience implementing User Experience Strategy.
• Familiarity with Agentic Workflows and Gen AI Interfaces.
• Experience designing complex system workflows and dashboards.
