Lead design initiatives by applying user-centric methods to balance user needs with business requirements. You will own the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high quality standards while collaborating with product managers and engineers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring high quality standards.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define product direction, visuals, and user experience solutions.
• Develop and maintain wireframes, mockups, and technical specifications.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs.
• Mentor junior designers and advocate for the user throughout the product lifecycle.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with front-end development and coding principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work in a process-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
