You will lead the design craft and drive product vision through hands-on execution and strategic leadership.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Mentor and coach junior UX designers to elevate team design craft.
• Drive design strategy and align objectives with business initiatives across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product management and engineering to ensure seamless implementation and consistent impact.
• Evaluate design performance using customer surveys and UX research to identify areas for improvement.
• Build scalable design systems and standardize UX patterns across multiple products.

Required Skills

• 8-11 years of experience in UX Design delivering projects across multiple domains.
• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, and InVision.
• Proficiency in Illustrator and Adobe Suite.
• Strong knowledge of Information Architecture, Usability Testing, and Design Systems.
• Experience with Framer JS.
• Deep understanding of Design Thinking, Lean UX, and HCI principles.
• Ability to manage stakeholders and resolve design ambiguities.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret UX research and customer feedback.
