Description

You will own the end-to-end user experience of the product, from initial interaction through to advanced workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design simple, smooth, and scalable user journeys for Sales, SDR, DemandGen, and RevOps.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to ship features rapidly and iterate based on testing.
• Conduct user interviews and run tests to translate insights into concrete design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that provide clarity and speed for implementation.
• Own the final designs handed off to UI engineering teams for development.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of Product Design experience, preferably in early-stage B2B SaaS.
• Demonstrated experience designing self-serve B2B product journeys.
• Proven history of owning significant portions of a product's UX/design experience.
• Ability to deliver results independently without constant supervision.
• Experience collaborating effectively with product management and engineering teams.
• Strong skills in Product Design methodology and execution.
