Description

You will own the end-to-end product design for web and mobile applications from initial concept through to launch.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design new products by collaborating with cross-functional teams throughout the development lifecycle.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and surveys to drive design decisions.
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for digital platforms.
• Define and evolve the company design language and style guide.
• Mentor other designers by providing feedback and guidance on their work.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in product design.
• Expertise in UX/UI design principles and methodologies.
• Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and InVision.
• Proven experience designing digital products including portals, websites, and mobile apps.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Working knowledge of user research methods and tools.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Bachelor's degree in design, interaction design, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Payment or FinTech products.
• Background in Banking or relevant professional sectors.
