Description

You will lead the design of intuitive UI solutions and high-fidelity prototypes for payments software products.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and competitor analysis to define product goals and user needs.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI flows based on user personas and product requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and QA teams to transition designs into production-ready software.
• Develop and maintain UI style guides, including typography, color palettes, logos, and individual UI elements.
• Audit design methodologies and mentor associate designers to improve team practices.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience shipping interactive UI/UX features for software and mobile products.
• Expert proficiency with Figma.
• Strong background in UI/UX design, graphic design, and logo design.
• Deep understanding of visual design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Solid grasp of interaction design, information architecture, and responsive design.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum methodologies and managing sprint planning.
• Proven ability to design for inclusivity and accessibility.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva.
• Competency in video editing and motion design.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and Angular.
• Experience using Jira and Confluence.
