Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Product Designer / Senior Product Designer (UX/UI) to design complex digital products and intuitive user experiences. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Enterprise/SaaS products, analytics dashboards, data platforms, and data-intensive applications.

The role requires end-to-end product design expertise, from understanding user and business needs to research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, UI design, usability testing, and final implementation.

Skills Required

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end Product Design from discovery to delivery.

Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user needs.

Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.

Design intuitive experiences for Enterprise/SaaS applications, dashboards, analytics platforms, and data-heavy products.

Develop scalable design systems and reusable UI components.

Translate complex business and technical requirements into simple, user-friendly experiences.

Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Business Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

Participate in design reviews, stakeholder workshops, and product discussions.

Use user feedback, research, and analytics to continuously improve product experiences.

Drive UX best practices and maintain design consistency across products.

Required Skills & Experience:

5–8 years of relevant experience in Product Design / UX Design.

Strong hands-on expertise in Figma.

Strong knowledge of:

UX/UI Design

User Research

Usability Testing

Wireframing

Prototyping

User Flows

Interaction Design

Design Systems

Proven experience designing Enterprise/SaaS products.

Experience with Analytics Dashboards, Data Platforms, or Data-intensive applications.

Strong understanding of Data Visualization and presenting complex information through intuitive interfaces.

Experience working in Agile environments.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong portfolio demonstrating relevant end-to-end Product Design projects.

Good to Have:

Experience designing AI-powered products and user experiences.

Exposure to AI copilots, AI recommendations, intelligent workflows, and Human-AI interaction.

Experience with Framer, Adobe XD, Sketch, or Miro.

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS.

Senior Product Designer Expectations

Senior candidates should be able to:

Independently solve complex product design problems.

Clearly communicate design decisions, trade-offs, and alternatives.

Connect design decisions with user needs and business outcomes.

Influence product direction through strong UX and product thinking.

Work independently with minimal supervision.

Collaborate effectively with Product, Engineering, and Business teams.

Demonstrate strategic thinking beyond visual/UI design.

Mentor or guide other designers when required.

Portfolio Requirement:

A strong and relevant portfolio is mandatory.

The portfolio should demonstrate:

End-to-end Product Design projects.

Enterprise/SaaS product experience.

Complex workflows and user journeys.

Analytics dashboards and data visualization.

Research and usability testing experience.

Wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.

Design systems and reusable components.

Clear explanation of the problem, design approach, decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes.

Measurable user or business impact wherever possible.

Portfolios consisting primarily of UI screens or visual designs without demonstrating product thinking and the design process will not be considered.

Candidates must be available for the interview process as per the hiring team's schedule.

Current CTC and expected CTC must be validated before submission.

Only highly relevant Product Design profiles should be submitted.

Candidates should demonstrate genuine hands-on Product Design expertise, rather than primarily UI, Graphic Design, or Visual Design experience.

Profiles will be evaluated based on Product Design capability, Enterprise/SaaS experience, analytics and dashboard expertise, portfolio quality, design thinking, problem-solving, communication, and overall suitability for the role
