Description

You will design user-centered digital experiences that drive engagement and inclusivity within the product ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Craft compelling and functional digital experiences through UI/UX and interaction design.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers and engineers to ensure design feasibility.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to iterate on designs based on user needs.
• Articulate design choices clearly to stakeholders and technical team members.
• Work closely with the Lead Product Designer and Chief Product Officer to align designs with product goals.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in product design.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, and Adobe XD.
• Expertise in UI/UX design and interaction design.
• Experience conducting user research and interpreting usability feedback.
• Proven track record of working within software development workflows alongside engineers.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
