Description

You will own the end-to-end design process across the product development lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the evolution and governance of enterprise design systems.
• Define and drive product objectives, OKRs, roadmap, and vision with PM and tech leads.
• Generate and structure unbiased research scripts, advising peers on methodology.
• Solve complex design problems, clearly articulating how solutions meet user and business needs.
• Build feedback mechanisms and support rituals for effective internal and external communication.

Required Skills

• 5+ years experience as a UX or Product Designer.
• Expertise in applying Agile, Design Thinking, and User-Centered Design processes.
• Advanced understanding of visual design and interaction principles using Figma.
• Skilled in product discovery and conducting user research.
• Proficiency with design, prototyping, and product management tools.
• Strong critical thinking and systems-level problem-solving abilities.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders, designers, product managers, and engineers.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with UX and Product Design principles.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
