Description

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role with a strong emphasis on practical application of UX principles.
• Demonstrated expertise in designing for Product-Led Growth, including onboarding, activation, and conversion optimization.
• Solid understanding of interaction design, information architecture, prototyping tools, and usability testing methUX Designer, Product Designerodologies.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with experience in defining and tracking product metrics and designing experiments.
• Proficiency in user research techniques, including interviews, usability studies, and workflow analysis.
• Excellent systems thinking capabilities and the ability to see the bigger picture of the customer experience.
• Ability to translate complex user needs and business goals into elegant and effective design solutions.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and rationale clearly.
• Experience with product instrumentation and telemetry is highly desirable
