You will own broad project scopes covering strategy, visual design, and experience elements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage project outputs from both client and team perspectives using a holistic approach.
• Execute digital product design across visual and UX/UI disciplines.
• Apply practical and technical knowledge to validate design concepts.
• Promote design practices that explore user insight and generate validated ideas.
• Deliver engaging digital experiences through iterative design processes.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in a senior design position within an agency or product business.
• Strong visual and UX/UI design skills.
• Deep understanding of design fundamentals including typography, space, and form.
• Proven ability to design from customer insight and iterate based on data.
• Experience using prototypes to optimize and validate designs through user testing.
• Strong conceptual design and communication skills.
• Ability to sell design visions to clients.
• Degree in any field.
