Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy and design for critical financial products.
• Map and analyze end-to-end user journeys to identify pain points and opportunities.
• Design complex web interfaces and workflows, focusing on intuitive interaction models.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design with business goals.
• Guide junior designers and elevate team design standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of product design experience.
• 7+ years of experience in regulated spaces (finance, health, or insurance).
• Expertise in User-Centered Design, ensuring design choices address user needs.
• Demonstrated mastery in Interaction and UI Design for intricate systems.
• Proficiency in Figma and Miro for high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience contributing to and utilizing a global design system.
• Ability to distill intricate system requirements into clear design solutions.
• Strong capability in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder communication.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AI design tools.
• Bachelor's degree.
