Description

You will lead the development and documentation of design standards and scalable frameworks for B2B desktop products.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing core experiences to capture norms and establish a library of documented standards.
• Construct clear, consumable documentation for designers to follow across the business.
• Provide and solicit design feedback to maintain high quality standards.
• Partner with designers to align documentation with evolving governance processes.

Required Skills

• Experience creating and documenting design systems.
• Proven ability to build scalable design frameworks in Figma.
• Demonstrated experience in end-to-end product design covering both UX and UI.
• Familiarity with Atomic design principles and working with engineering for implementation.
• Experience with analytics, dashboarding, and data visualization.
• Experience designing B2B design systems with a desktop focus.
• Any Graduate degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with React.
• Experience designing with data.
• Experience building Figma plugins.
